How to Choose the Right Food Display Case for You Wedding

There are a variety of food display cases that you can buy, but not all of them will be right for your business or products. For example, you wouldn’t want to display your hot food in a cold storage case, or your prepared foods in a closed case where people couldn’t access them. Considering the right type of case for you can take time, but there are a few easy choices that can help you narrow down your options.

Hot or Cold?

Food display cases can be refrigerated or not, depending on your needs. If you’re working with products that need to stay cool or frozen for health reasons, such as raw dough or meat, then you will definitely need to look at refrigerated cases. Open or Closed?

You can get food display cases that open from the front or the back, depending on who you want to be handling the products. For example, most cake cases have solid glass panes along the front and sliding doors on the back. This is so the employees are the only people handling the cakes and putting them safely in boxes before handing them to customers.
